Goal

Design an application in which users can interact and play previews of movies along with additional info about the movies.

A user responsive app where users can search select and play trailers of movies currently being shown in the theaters of their area.Users want to watch previews of movies before deciding to watch and buy tickets based on their choice and genre of movies but they don’t have any accessible platform where they can watch it on the go before deciding to watch the actual movie.

While conducting the user interviews over phone and in person I found out the user group for this problem varies from children of age group 13 to adults of age 35 who has access to the internet but don’t have a place where they can watch trailers/previews of all the coming movies.

Takeaways

Impact

While doing Usability testing for Movie Trailer app i realised conducting usability testing can help identify areas of the app that are causing confusion or frustration for users, and can inform future iterations of the design.

What I Learned

After doing all design sprint tasks for this app i feel that continuous improvement is necessary: The app should be regularly updated and improved based on user feedback, changing user needs, and technological advancements.
